STEP 1 – You contact FastHouseSale by email, phone or using our online form

STEP 2 - We make you an “offer in principle” usually without having to visit your
home. This offer is usually 90-75% of the current market value

STEP 3 - Once you accept our “offer in principle” we instruct a survey and make
you a written offer. The survey and offer are free of charge. We
then discuss timescales to suit you.

STEP 4 – We exchange solicitor details and you chose a completion date to suit
you

STEP5 - If you are renting back from us your tenancy starts on completion of
Sale.
